The subconscious part of your mind cannot tell the difference between reality and imagination. By following my words while engaging your imagination as much as possible, you will experience a deep state of focused relaxation similar to a daydream that your body and brain will find enjoyable.
Positive thoughts create positive feelings and when the outside world feels overwhelming, an escape to your inner world where you can create the outcomes you desire is a great way to improve the way you feel, think and respond to what goes on around you!
