The Weekly Wellness Experience is an immersive guided relaxation session for stress relief and overall wellness.

Are you interested in enjoying deep relaxation, eliminating stress and improving your mental performance? Leave your worries behind and allow your mind to journey to a positive place at The Weekly Wellness Experience.

Positive thoughts create positive feelings, and The Weekly Wellness Experience will provide you with an easy and effective session each week where you can relax, refocus, and let go of your stress from the comfort of home.

These sessions are highly effective and easy to follow. Just simply close your eyes, relax, engage your imagination and enjoy! You will hear soothing binaural beats playing softly in the background as you are guided through a new relaxing and positive adventure of the mind each week by an experienced stress relief specialist.

This group event takes place on Zoom, cameras are optional, and our $20 registration fee is FSA/HSA eligible. This virtual service welcomes attendees from all areas so please feel free to share this with anyone you know who could benefit from a relaxing break. Distance is no issue.

The Weekly Wellness Experience is not intended to replace any medication or medical treatment and is not recommended for people with severe mental illness especially when psychosis is involved.

Sobriety is required 3 hours before and 3 hours after each session. If you suffer from epilepsy or any other seizure disorder, have a TBI (traumatic brain injury), a heart condition where angina is easily provoked, have a pacemaker or defibrillator, if you are pregnant, or if you have any serious medical condition, please consult your doctor before attending and ask if guided meditation and binaural beats are safe for you. 

For best results use headphones or earbuds with good sound quality, find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed and use a sleep mask to block out any distracting light. I hope to see you there!
